Notes from visit to TX state library 2-Jan-2002
1. 1920 Federal Census
a. Isaac (age 47) and Beckie (age 26) living at 408 Warren St, San Antonio
implies Isaac born 1872 or 1873
b. Isaac listed as merchant, dry goods emporium (Economy Dry Goods store, 122-124 Military Plaza)
2. Looked up Isaac's homesteaded land in South Dakota
a. N1/2 SE1/4 Sec13 T3N R17E

Note 31-Mar-2002:
Ellis Island website text manifest (no image is available) for the Zeeland arriving 31-Aug-1903
lists the following passengers - E.. Usdansky age 35; Chaje Usdansky age 22; Rose Usdansky age 20;
and "Frieda Lempeitz or Sempeitz" age 8. The sequence is as above and all four are listed as from
Kofulle or Kofutte. My guess is that Frieda Lempietz is Esther Frieda Lampert - need to check.
E.. Usdansky may be Isaac. Problems:
1. age 35 => born 1867 or 1868
2. 1920 census record indicates arrival in US in 1904.
